Our 7 day money back guarantee applies to Pro and Pro Annual subscription packages only. Subscriptions purchased using special offers, coupons or discount codes, Companies House documents, single 30 day Company Reports and Director Report purchases do not qualify.

Refund Policy - One off Company Reports and Director Reports

Our refund policy applies to Digital Products* and subscriptions where the deadline has been missed for our money back guarantee.

We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.

*Digital Products include downloads or emailed copies of PDF products to your computer or mobile. Digital Product sales are final. Once a product is purchased, it is generated, emailed to the registered email address and made available for download. After the product has left our systems, it belongs to the user. We cannot track whether or not a product has been received, opened or read by the recipient and therefore no refunds can be issued for documents purchased on Company Check Ltd.

Single company and director report purchases

If you have not found the information you require, get in touch and we will do our best to help you source the data you're looking for. If you have had trouble accessing your report, get in touch and we'll be happy to help. If for whatever reason (login issue or technical issue from our side) results in you being unable to access the report, we will extend the expiry date on your report upon request. Simply contact us.

Companies House PDF document purchases

The content within a company document can vary, and is dependent entirely on what has been submitted by the company to Companies House. We have no control over the level of information provided and therefore cannot authorise refunds against products that have been delivered.

Incorrect products purchased in error

Digital Product sales are final. Once a product is purchased, it is generated and the data made available for viewing. Company Check Ltd cannot be held responsible for incorrectly ordered products. We understand however that accidents happen and will be able to help you find the correct product and in some cases issue a refund at our discretion. Please notify us immediately using the contact form.

Product not as described

In the event that you have received an item which has not been described accurately on our web site, please notify us within 72 hours using the contact form.

Incorrect or incomplete product

We strive to ensure that all data products are accurate. Please note, all data is provided by third parties, including official registries. In the unlikely event that any product contains inaccuracies or if an item is incomplete, we will endeavor to correct the data or provide guidance as to where the data point was established.

If you have found an inaccuracy in a company document, this must be reported to Companies House where the data is sourced. We do not control the content of official company documents, and are reliant on the business to provide the registry with accurate information, that is subsequently published by Companies House and made available to us.

Cooling off period

A 'cooling off' period does not apply to digital products and immediately downloadable digital products. This is because a customer might re-send the goods to the supplier in order to get a refund, and yet still have received the full benefit from the purchase already.

Delivery

After placing an order for a product or service, you will receive an on screen confirmation acknowledging that we have received your request. All orders are confirmed by email along with a receipt for your payment. We do not send any receipts or information by post - all communications and orders are delivered electronically.

Payment

Each time you purchase Digital Products through this site you will be required to pay via PayPal or credit card payment provider. By using these systems to purchase Digital Products you are accepting these terms and conditions of sale and if relevant any product specific terms. Changes to content or access

We reserve the right to make changes to our digital products at any time. If we temporarily reduce or eliminate the charge for content or access that you are currently paying for under different terms, you will not receive a refund.
